In christian circles there are many who believe Jewish law should still be followed. They practice circumcision, observe the festivals and sabbaths, etc. Others believe the one called Jesus ended the need to observe the law. God said the law would be written in the herts and minds of the new generation. The one called Jesus defended disciples who gathered wheat on the sabbath. He observed the spirit of the law rather than the letter of it. Those to come would naturally do the same.
The one called Jesus said he came to fulfil the law, not abolish it. It would not come to an end until it had been fulfilled completely. christian scripture says we are children of the freed woman, not one who is of bondage(under law). I believe them. If God still wanted the law followed He would not have destroyed the temple. We are to worship in spirit and truth, in the spirit of the law, honestly.
The part that has not yet been completely fulfilled is "the prophets". "The prophets" being the completion of all prophesies and completeness of understandings to be presented to mankind. That has not occured yet.
In prophecy we are told if we are behaved, God may restore the sabbaths, new moons, and festivals. These are celebrations, holidays. They are to be engaged in with rejoicing, not obligational attitude. I would like to celebrate/observe the festivals simply because their dates coincide with what I experience spiritually. They mark a definate schedule followed by God. I want to do it because it is fun to get together to dance, sing and share appreciation to our Father.
I did learn something interesting about the sabbath, though. I began to observe it Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. I was rewarded in understandings, relief, healing, etc. I began to recognize the energy/spirit of it coming in. Then it began to arrive a day earlier progressively until I felt it all week except Friday-Saturday. That became the day I was allowed to work/got means to see to our physical needs and as it ended up would come some form of darkness within me; a cleansing.
I think some of us are given aspects of the literal law to follow for a season or so as a mens for learning something about God or ourselves. For a time I made a wore tassels. I learned alot about wanting to stand out, being recognized by others as being different. It takes courage to treat ourselves as holy and holding others responsible to treat us as such without self-righteousness. Some things serve as reminders to ourselves. Some remind us where our focus should be by alerting others to the fact that we do want to be different when we stand out. You learn sometimes pants are more modest than skirts, like when horseback riding.
Headcovering is an interesting topic. Some do, some don't and some, like Jehovah's Witnesses prctice it only in certain circumstances. Right after writing about it, the author says if anyone asks, we do not have such a tradition. Does that mean lie to outsiders or was it a long treatise of what others practice but we are not to? lol I don't remember ever reading of anything like it in the law, so I think it was just a tradition. We are not under obligation to prctice it, but it was prcticed for the sake of those with a weaker conscience, the same reason Timothy was circumcised though Paul didn't believe it a requirement.
I really don't want to be subject to those with a weaker conscience. If they are going to stumble, they will make up a reason to anyways. Like undisciplined children, I think catering to the weaker conscience encourages their controlling nature. Understanding is given by God and if He is not giving it, nothing we do will convey it effectively. The stumbling we would want to dread being is the kind that forces a weaker conscience on sincere seekers. High control religious groups tend to do this. Gross injustice in God's name will do that, too.
There are those who believe we are to give up all wealth. The man called Jesus only told one man to sell all he owned because he perceived wealth was that man's weakness. Others he sent home to be witness of what they had experienced. The sin that brought death to the husband and wife ws not that they did not give all they owned to the apostles, but rather that they lied about how much they had made selling the property. You give what you re inspired to give, what you keep for yourself is between you and God. another aspect of the Jews giving all they owned was that such 'loss' was not permanant. They could only get enough money for property as it would be worth to use until the year of jubilee. Properties were leased, never permanantly sold. Being without property ws a temporary condition. We may need to experience such a condition temporarily as well until we cn put material things in perspective.
There are those who do not wear aany jewelry nor braid their hair at all. We were told to not make those our primary asset, not to shun them altogether. Stripping of ornamentation ws God's punishment. When reconciled to Him, ornamentation would be restored. I do not wear make-up simply because it would be like putting on a mask and is deceitful. It is the same reason I don't alter body parts like hair or teeth. Others may practice these things so they aren't offensive to others. i'm not going to judge them. Then their is the obligation to represent and what people expect to see. For example, the people keep their royalty without any real authority. They expect them to be well adorned and is a matter of pride for the people. If God considered it a matter of His pride, representing Him to the world, I imagine I would adorn myself and he would provide the mens to do so. I don't believe he has that kind of pride, but might want to put forth an impression before people eventually. Then it would only have to be for public apearences. A husband takes pride in being able to "deck his wife out".

illness
I can tell you from experince, it can all go away in a moment. I experienced a period of perfect healing.Stretch marks disapeared and everything. Saw healing occur in others as well. One from unable to walk or speak for himself, on his deathbed from cancer got up and out, walking and talking after a prayer for him. I then also saw my health decline dramatically and those who had received healing went back to their usual ways. The man with cancer died. I suffer from a digestive condition which miraculously disapeared upon sundown sabbath and flared up again sundown at the end of sabbath. So why?
God promises his people in scripture that as long as they live according to the law they would enjoy perfect health. No women or even animals would suffer miscarriage. They would die old and satisfied from a life of abundant, prosperous living. The one called Jesus said it is not what goes into a man that makes him ill, it is what comes out of his heart. If our hearts, our consiences are clean we should be healthy, right? I do take it not being what we eat literally. After the period of miraculous healing I experienced a period of extreme trial. I had no choice in what to eat. sometimes pork was the only option that day. Some days it was undercooked, donated, out of date chicken. I was at the mercy of the world's idea of charity to the broke and homeless. To top it off, that was during two pregnancies as well. My behavioris not what a religious person would call righteous. By most standards I should be dead as well s my children. But my actions were righteously chosen and my children born 10 lbs, ech in better than worldly referred to perfect health. Even now we really don't get sick like everyone else around us.
The one called Jesus gave us plenty of examples of why illness occurs. When he cst a demon out of a boy it is described how the demon tore at the boy's body, making him scream before leaving. If demons/fears have taitken up residence in us, we may lose the body parts it had taken up residence in. Teeth would be an example. We clench our teeth, bite our tongues to repress out of fear of dissaproval for what we speak. The one called Jesus said to cut off a hand or poke an eye out of it causes us to sin. How can an a body part cause us to sin unless it has a mind of it's own? Most would say it means if we tend to steal, we sin with the hand and thus it can be said the hand causes us to sin. We would be better off forcing ourselves not to steal by cutting off the hand so we can't. That could be an accurate interpretation in some cases, but in that i would say it is the heart that is sick.
Expectation postponed makes the heart sick, scripture says. So, we get a vision, beleive it, are excited and expecting it. Over time we become disheartened and dissapointed because what we expect is taking so long to happen or maybe it happened but not as we expected. We may become weakened, not due to any evil in us. God wnts us to be in joyful expectation, it reflects belief and trust in His promises. We didn't do anything wrong, we just need some maturing.
When asked if a disabled man was thus because of his ownld sin or that of his parents, the one called Jesus responded with "neither". It was so God's will would be manifested in him. So, God sometimes allows imperfect health and well-being so it can be cured before witnesses as a demonstration of His desire for all of us: perfect health and well-being.
When i asked about my own digestive dissorder, the answer came that it had something to do with my son. My soul took on an illness he would have had to otherwise suffer. People don't believe that could be, that would be demonic they think. No, if God's son could take on our suffering and we are to be like him, we very well might be taking on the suffering of those around us in immitation. If we are to be willing to give our very lives for oneanother, why not a bit of health and well-being? This digestive disorder would have killed my son in infancy.
When I asked why people went right back to evil and illness after they were healed by God in my presence, the answer came that it was a witness for me. It was a token for me of God's approval and choosing. I certainly wouldn't have been able to convince myself God would want anything to do with me otherwise. How could I argue when I had no control over it and people were healing nd experiencing miracles in my presence constantly. A simple handshake of introduction became disorienttating event frequently as people experienced sudden, immediate healings. That period has ended but now, every once in a while, someone will sneak up on me with a hug or poke and "I feel virtue go out of me", They react awkwardly but we don't mention it. I know what it means and they just go back to their drunken dealings. No matter what I might be presently suffering, God has not cast me off.
The one called Jesus sometimes healed with simple touch or saying. Other times it was with "techniques" like mudd on the eyes. I like colloidal silver for children, it is basically just water. single drop and their oink eye is cured overnight. They have faith, but a little "snake oil" goes a long way in illustrating something is changing. Adults can be like that. Belief and a sugar pill, call me in the morning. It's the symbolism and the ritual they need. But in the end, it is often just a gift to one who will never experience anything better in their life before they die while those of who will go on living can afford a bit of suffering. We will forget it anyway.
And finally, yes, illness can be a result of us alienating ourselves from God's love and acceptence by behavior or disbelief. We could be condemned for evil or be condemning ourselves out of fear that we are evil. Illness can be result of that. It can be a result of a demon we are entertaining. Though many times, apearing as angels of lights, demons will give you perfect health and vitality while you play host to them so they can use you to misled people into false belief systems. The "shinier" a person is, the more evil they can be.
Another example of cause of illness ws when king David sinned and brought a plague upon the people. If a group or family is suffering, a long hard look at one's self as responsible "head" over them might be in order. alot of shepards like to beat their flocks for manifesting illness when it is they themselves who are in judgement.
The one called Jesus asked if his apostles believed the ones on whom the tower fell in Siloam were greater sinners than everyone else. Illness or disaster in one group should cause us all the reflect how we are doing spiritually as a group or household, God is showing mercy by allowing it to occur only to a few when we all have it coming. We are spared as an opportunity to repent and turn around, not because we are any better. jehovah's Witnesses are no more right than The Twelve Tribes nor the Pentacostal church next door. When one of their buildings burns down or succumbs to an earthquake, they should start pointing fingers within themselves rather than at eachother. God is saying churches as a whole are doing evil, your buildings were spared only to give you opportunity to repent.

In all reality, let's take an objective look at that "cloud of faithful witnesses". Maybe you will go easier on yourself and see what I have lerned: God's idea of perfection just may be a bit more of "just enough is good enough" than ours, what we might think And I don't mean be lazy. I mean: sometimes we go clean a home to help it's occupants but our high standards of clean would disturb more than help a hoarder. So, we clean just enough to make the place sanitary and more livable for them rather than our idea of truly clean. Maybe our idea of some concept is not what is wanted in a given situation. Also, God is the great Maestro and we all are instruments in His orchastra. He may use an occassion to discipline us to end up serving others, accomplish the discipline and show us around a bit. All that in mind, let's do some critical thinking. we might also learn from examples what not to be. Scripture is given for teaching, who says it only teaches what to be? Some sacred cows might be killed here......
According to the law of Moses any king over Isreal was to have only one wife and write out his own copy of the sacred texts. "Faithful" David had many wives and wrote songs. "Wise" Solomon had many wives and wrote books of his own wisdom and observations. His observations included the bashing of women. According to him he had not found a single one who ws faithful. Is it mere coincidence that bashing women as whole while serving as God's annointed king led to his being led off to destruction by women? On more than one occassion Abraham lied about Sarah causing her to be brought into the bedchambers of kings because Abraham feared for his own life more than her integrity. A woman had to circumscise her own child because Abraham forgot to do it and almost brought death to them all by not fulfilling HIS covenant with God. Who was drunk and passed out naked in their tent, had one son condemned for ridiculing him for it and another blessed for covering up his nakedness? lol
The one called Jesus taught his disciples repeatedly that those taking the lead would have to be those who served others. Yet their first test of this was when the gentile widows complained about not getting supplies as the jewish ones did. Instead of "coming down from their mountain" and serving those widows themselves, they passed the buck to 7 overseers. They could have used the opportunity to use the Isrealites whining in the desert and God's dealings with them about it to teach about complaining spirits and partaken in the fruit of the gift of spirit called charity instead. People are like that, they give money to charitable organizations to ease a conscience and leave the acts of charity to others. This way they don't have to touch what is "unclean", they don't have to get their hands dirty or hearts broken.
The one called Jesus was reportedly perfect. Let's look at his first recorded miracle: water to wine. His mother shares her concern over the lack of whine and thus the reputation of the couple. Her son dismisses her rather flippantly, arrogantly and definately not honoring "what does that have to do with me, it is not yet my time". (How would she have known he could do such a thing if he hadn't lready been demonstrating miracles at his own whim and fancy "before his time"?) Confident in her God-given role of authority as mother to this young man, she ignores his disrespectful response and tells the others to due what he says. She assumed he would not ignore her implied request. "Who is my mother......", like she ever did anything to deserve being lowered before his disciples?! Did he ever emotionally mature past twelve when he disrespectfully rebuked her concerns when he stayed behind in the temple? lol How about all the condemning of the pharisees and sadduccees? So much for not condemning. An angel did not even dispute with the devil over a body, he left rebuking to the Father. Did he not read "let the righteous continue in righteousness and the unrighteous in unrighteousness" in what we call the old testament?
And don't get me started on Paul's writings, it is obvious in them where spirit leaves off and it's all downhill from there. No wonder he spent time in prison! Joseph was an obnoxious youngster and sold into slavery for discipline, but God also put him in a position He could use to save Isreal in a time of famine. It also demonstrtes how even when we are disciplined, we are still the most pampered in those prisons. Our hearts are good, we are just a bit spoiled and presumptuous, sometimes fearful. It does not mean we are not perfect. We were told to pray we be made perfect as our Father is perfect. Why would we be told to pray for that which we could not have? Does our Father not give good gifts as we are told nor give what we ask? Maybe we can stop using the crutch "I am imperfect" and start accepting God's idea of perfection instead.
Which brings me to the belief that we are not born perfect. It is written that that which was not corrupt put on corruption and then took it off again. Those who are chosen are amongst such ones, not only the one called Jesus. We are born pure. To gain understanding and compassion we put on evil and sin and are then washed clean again, given a new, mature equally pure personality. When we go through our phase of darkness it is only to learn. When we are released from the corruption, we are still "virgins". We never worshipped anything but God in our hearts or minds, we simply put on a substitute personality and spirit to learn a few lessons. We took on the sins of mankind as living sacrifices. We know from experience why people make the choices they do because in that state of being, we did, too or were tempted to. Even when the mask begins to be removed, we may fluctuate back and forth out of habit or boredom, confusion, etc. Be good to yourself, it will all be over soon.
The one called Jesus told his disciples they were friends, the ones who stood by him s he went through his trials and temptations. He didn't mean his 40 days alone in the desert. His entire life was one of trials and temptations. What could possibly try or tempt man with our idea of perfect patience and self-control? Certainly not one who snapped at an apostle, calling him satan, eh? How about one who threw tables around in anger? would we call our neighbor perfect if we saw him do that? God might........
adding: "I am no better. Don't expect me to be" comes the plea
During a time of great testing I was staying in the home of some devoutly religious people. The woman asked me if maybe what I was suffering was due to sins I was commiting. The answer was not easy in that it was not a simple yes or no. Yes, some of my past behavior warrented punishment, but I wasn't sensing being punished. I was experiencing as much of God's blessings and the miracles! God was accomplishing many things all at the same time. He was disciplining me. He was teaching me. Isolation gave me opportunity to commune only with him, study scripture without distraction. Constant movement put me several positions to receive "object lessons" good and bad. He was proving me. He was using me to test others. He used my circumstances to give others the opportunity to give (how can they give water to God through one of his when thirsty, clothes when they are naked, etc if they never are in a state of need?). My faith was built up as I learned not to worry where tomorrow's meals will come from, they always came eventually. My eye was made simple as I learned what truly was a need and what was not. Previously I hated money and condemned prosperity. Now I know the difference between trusting in it, love of it and a need for it to live fully, freely.
In scripture we are told we can do no acts of righteousness unless it is given us to do them. How can we give to others if we have nothing in our pockets to give? Financial propsperity can be an expression of God's love and approval as well as the means, his gift, to enact actsof righteousness. We just have to be able to go without it and be at peace with that as well. Money is simply a tool. The one called Jesus told us we would have houses and families in this system. Sometimes we will be wealthy and sometimes we will be poor between circumstances. most recently I was given the knowledge I had to "let the energy run out": the way means was coming to me had to be allowed to expire so that the way of new means could come in. I went from begging and working to pure unrequested charity, just what I needed when I needed it without even asking, bridging the gap between begging and working to abundance about to come in, I think. From headship that was abusive and conditional to headship that is free and easy to bridge the gap to a household of my own, I think.
Like illness, suffering and choices can be being made for a variety of reasons. If we idealize others, we judge ourselves. We should have no "sacred cows" before God the Father.

Even when the mask begins to be removed, we may fluctuate back and forth out of habit or boredom, confusion, etc. Be good to yourself, it will all be over soon.
The one called Jesus told his disciples they were friends, the ones who stood by him s he went through his trials and temptations. He didn't mean his 40 days alone in the desert. His entire life was one of trials and temptations. What could possibly try or tempt man with our idea of perfect patience and self-control? Certainly not one who snapped at an apostle, calling him satan, eh? How about one who threw tables around in anger? would we call our neighbor perfect if we saw him do that? God might........

During a time of great testing I was staying in the home of some devoutly religious people. The woman asked me if maybe what I was suffering was due to sins I was commiting. The answer was not easy in that it was not a simple yes or no. Yes, some of my past behavior warrented punishment, but I wasn't sensing being punished. I was experiencing as much of God's blessings and the miracles! God was accomplishing many things all at the same time. He was disciplining me. He was teaching me. Isolation gave me opportunity to commune only with him, study scripture without distraction. Constant movement put me several positions to receive "object lessons" good and bad. He was proving me. He was using me to test others. He used my circumstances to give others the opportunity to give (how can they give water to God through one of his when thirsty, clothes when they are naked, etc if they never are in a state of need?). My faith was built up as I learned not to worry where tomorrow's meals will come from, they always came eventually. My eye was made simple as I learned what truly was a need and what was not. Previously I hated money and condemned prosperity. Now I know the difference between trusting in it, love of it and a need for it to live fully, freely.
In scripture we are told we can do no acts of righteousness unless it is given us to do them. How can we give to others if we have nothing in our pockets to give? Financial propsperity can be an expression of God's love and approval as well as the means, his gift, to enact actsof righteousness. We just have to be able to go without it and be at peace with that as well. Money is simply a tool. The one called Jesus told us we would have houses and families in this system. Sometimes we will be wealthy and sometimes we will be poor between circumstances. most recently I was given the knowledge I had to "let the energy run out": the way means was coming to me had to be allowed to expire so that the way of new means could come in. I went from begging and working to pure unrequested charity, just what I needed when I needed it without even asking, bridging the gap between begging and working to abundance about to come in, I think. From headship that was abusive and conditional to headship that is free and easy to bridge the gap to a household of my own, I think.
Like illness, suffering and choices can be being made for a variety of reasons. If we idealize others, we judge ourselves. We should have no "sacred cows" before God the Father.
Prophesy
I am no good at predictions. It is not one of my gifts. I mean, occassionally I am given a vision that predicts events accurately, but mostly I am given understandings (which thoroughly delights me far more than predictions would anyways. I tend to get caught up in my own little world to be too concerned with what is happening out there or will happen. I have no desire or interest in influencing it or witnessing what it is up to or will have happen to it: it's dying. That won't change. And getting worked up over what people are up to, well, no thanks, learned that lesson). This is a gift of prophesy it's self, I know. The understandings are accurate, however the understanding I may be working with may be purely metaphysical while there is also a quite literal application. Mostly now adays I get an undestanding, think it crazy because it is like nothing I ever heard before, then am directed to a scripture that supposrts it or states it out clearly. I simply had never read it that way before. It's how I know it is God teaching me.
I do know that scripture and prophesy are predominantly spiritual in application with physical acting as an illustration. For example: the man called Jesus was born of a woman. That was a physical illustration of the masculine/savior/God being born of/coming to us through a feminine vessel/spirit in a person. I am satisfied with that. Then there is the niggling behind me that God's return, the vessel, the new city of isreal will actually be manifested as/through a woman. (in prophesy a city has been called a man and a man a city, coming from heaven it would refer to a living spirit). And yeah, I stopped remembering scripture books and numbers and chapters and verses, I am totally into "the spirit of" these days. Now, when I was a Jehovah's Witness I could have directed you directly to book, chapter and verse. I trust God allows this for a reason and now that I think of it, the one called Jesus didn't refer to them, either. No one questioned him on it, they all kinda knew what he was referring to because they were all well read in scripture...pharisees and sadduccees. Interesting. I trust if this blog draws any readers, or any readers are drawn here by God, it would not be any who need "bible for begginers". Anything I write would probably serve as more of an affirmation of what God is already teaching someone. I am headed for "a better flock", from what spirit tells me. Out will be out of the circles of students and teachers. And as a side note, the more time I spend "seeing with eyes of understanding", the worse my used to be better than 20/20 vision gets, lol. I'll be blind as a bat in no time while "seeing" everything clearly.
So, this is the latest prediction I have been given:
In vision, last year near spring, I was returning somewhere to retrieve something and go back. I walked to where I was retrieving something to bring back with me and encountered a man familiar to me. I saw he had dug out a man-made lake which had begun to fill with water via a pipe he had installed. I told him I thought he had decided to abandon this place. He told me he decided to make it like a campground and in two years he would invite a few locals to come swimming. I turned to walk back and the water had overflowed to become stream and as I went to leap across it, it became a river I would have to wade through. I stepped in and looked down. It was clear as if it did not exist as water and felt not like water at all but like a loss of pressure. I did not feel it around me, it had no temperature or current, yet I knew I was in it.
I do not know if it means two years from last and so we have a year to kill before this event happens or is it two years from when I myself experience this event? Does local people mean people I met in Davis, California or in Maine where I was going? Does it mean people near me or simply on earth? Is the lake a person who has been prepared? (prophesy says some will be fountains of living water, that living wter would flow from the bellies of certin ones, and the one called Jesus spoke of being able to give living water) Will swimming in the water mean getting a feel of it or it's manifesting for them? Does it mean it manifesting through them? Does it mean the yoking to/oneness with God?(my yoke is easy, burden light) Is it all just something that will happen inside me? (locals being aspects of me that will go on living) Will I be wading through the waters from one who is yoked to God? All of the above? How long do I have to wait to find out? lol That is why I do not take myself too seriously. Really. It is going to happen next year and I will understand it all perfectly once it happens.
This year is the year of preperation, I am sensing. Feels like a propping up and placing in a position ready for discovery. In vision a woman apeared to me. She told me she had been given a blank check for a vehicle and I perceived what she planned to do with it. I responded with the idea that it did not have to be as grand as that. She firmly rebuked me, telling me she had been instructed to make it a good one.
On other occassions I was dead-on. I knew I was pregnant with a son due to a vision of driving off in a car with a child in the back seat. When I asked if it ws a boy or girl, I was shown a boy. I was shown a series of newspaper clipping and filmclips of Bush and Reagan's attempted assasination. I wrote down the vision and the idea that there would be an attempt on Bush Jr., then mailed it to myself so I would know I was not crazy. Months later it was on the news that they had uncovered and stopped an attempted assasination plot against Bush Jr. On another occassion I was enlightened with the information that the guy I had been married to would die that day at work. I was pregnant and spent the day in prayer begging it not to happen and for me to not be left alone to have this child. He did come home from work talking about an explosion that happened there that day, but no one got hurt. I do now regret interfering because he screwed me over bad, is the cause of much pain to more than just me and we would all have been better off if he had died in that explosion, I think. Lesson learned. I had been selfish and in fear and now pay for it. No more intefering! No more arguing with God for other people, He knows them better than I ever could. I need to just trust Him. He is just, no matter how scary that might be to our undisciplined sensibilities. Obedience first, questions later! (answers usually then apparent anyways)

"Everlasting judgement"
I have come to believe that which is described as everlasting is simply a state of being in which the results of existing in it will never change. For example: everlasting suffering means if we make certain choices we will be in a "place of"/state of being, which will always bring suffering. Everlasting fire would be fire that is always there for us to end up in. So, in this time of the end when righteousness and unrighteousness come to their fulness and collide, we partake of the fruit of either and end up in a state of fire/suffering until death releases us or righteousness where the result will always be aliveness until we die old and satisfied or are given immortality. The lake of fire will cease to exist in that all who choose unrighteousness finally succomb to death and so the tendency to end up there will be gone. It will no longer be a threat. It will be off our radar, so to speak.
Satan's judgement, being cast down to earth with a third of the angels: given form and made mortal, which is why his time is so short. He will become that which he despised while that which he despised is given spirit which could be immortal if they choose righteousness.

"In the spirit of...."
When asked if he was Elias or one of the prophets (a reincrnation), John the baptist said no. The man called Jesus said John was Elias. How can this be? Did one lie or did John not know who he was? neither, I think. I believe, due to the statement through previous prophets of one who would come "in the spirit of..." that this is what was meant by Elias must come first. One who comes "in the spirit of" or with the nature of, messege similar to that of Elias would come. That is why Jesus said John was Elias, of the spirit of Elias, while John knew he was not the reincarnation of Elias. With this in mind, we can re-examine many prophetic comings and goings. When the one called Jesus ascended to heaven, it was written for us that his disciples witnessed it "in vision". We are told his return would be similar. We can thus say his return would be in vision and one might come "in the spirit of" the one called Jesus. His ressurrection would be of the nature of "in the spirit of". And I do not mean a literal spirit being or entity. A life-giving spirit would be a life-nurturing nature or quality. The women at the grave were told to seek the one called Jesus "amongst the living". Seek for those who share his qualities. That is why he said not to go into places to see any person claiming to be him. That person or entity would not be found. He is dead.
The one called Jesus was an example of what would be coming when the time of the nations had ended and God returned in a "ressurrected"/returned condition "son of man"/spirit birthed within human beings. We must be born of /made of water and spirit. These things must be present in us, a part of us. We are born again, become something new, when we go from mortal soul to spirit being in a soul.
Back to the concept of(spirit of, heehee) discerning where what might be interpreted as literal is actually "in the spirit of", I am led to the belief in the ressurrection of the righteous and unrighteous. I ask: the righteous and unrighteous what? men? angels? How about ideas, beliefs, philosophies? The world is interconnected by the internet and other media so that every society is becoming an orgy of ideas, beliefs, philosphies, perceptions, understandings, etc. (not to mention outdated fashions, lol) Everything that is considered righteous and unrighteous is going on in the world. We can witness extreme acts of kindness, generosity, impartiality, justice, mercy and non-judgementalism alongside vile perversions, murders and mayham. This colliding of extremes can lead one into a balanced/whole state of being when we put every aspect into it's appropriate place and "season", apply everything correctly. Otherwise we are pulled into one extreme or another in various aspects.
We are told by the one called Jesus that the ones doing the harvesting are the angels(men who have not become mortal/still have spirits. sin and death spreading to all men does not mean every single one, red the bible and you'll see many instances where all meant majority). They are gathering up fruit of "in the spirit of". They are aligning themselves and taking people with them. For some time now I have perceived that God's messeges are primarily for his "sons", the spirit beings/gods and goddesses/trees of the garden of Eden, who were present before the creation of man. They are given through men as a sort of mocking, humiliation due to their jealousy, contempt and contention over man. Like if God used a child molester to express truth to a self-righteous hypocrital minister, using that which is disdained to proclaim condemnation against that which God finds equally foul. (He said He would do that). It's heavenly beings who are up for judgement. Mortal humanity is just cannon-fodder. The mortal are dead anyways, right? The lost sheep, I believe are spirit beings who began possessing people over and over again and forgot they were not human to begin with. They believe they keep getting reincarnated. They are God's first priority.
It is in the book of Revelation that we are told that in the vision an angel, "that is to say, a man" did such and such. Throughout scripture angels are called men. So how many scriptural references to men are to that which we call angels and to angels that we call men? And what is the difference? They both have form/are "made of the earth": the realm of form, the lower realms of heaven. Interesting.
A name is a form, the representation of "the spirit of" or nature of a being. To come in the name of someone, one does not have to be openly declaring a name. We might be persecuted simply for our nature, because we come "in the spirit of christ" and thus never understand why we are so hated, disdained by the world around us. We might believe we are only recently "saved" or have only recently "found God" and so are now expecting persecution for it but not getting any while in times past we were hated while "sinners". The difference is not in our nature, but rather in the fact that we are now accepting discipline. We were self-sacrificing (like our creator) and nothing like the people around us, committing "sins" for completely different reasons than they do. We have stopped being victims and joined our creator in a state of empowerment, self-acceptence, and are working on our own salvation, respecting the desire of the rest of humanity to continue on in self-destruction. We join God in love, freedom, and companionship. We gain peace and stability, becoming more and more a reflection of the rock that He is. I love Him and bless Him. My heart is open to him. I release. Worthiness is the nature of openness, a lack of resistence to His love and acceptence.

The sacrifice
I believe the sacrifice made was by God himself. In scripture it is recorded that the Isrealites called the Father their savior, their salvation, etc. No messiah or christ was attributed to a human being before the man named Jesus was attributed with such titles by his disciples. Before that those titles referred to God Almighty only. Jesus himself gave all glory to the Father and directed men to Him. Prayer was to be directed to Our Father in Heaven according to this man. Again and again in scripture we see God sacrifice His will for man in exchange for man's will for himself: Adam and eve were never commanded to make sacrifices, that idea originated with their children. God gave simply 10 commandments with no sacrificial requirements(no blood) for worship nor the covenant. By their actions while Moses was on the mountain, men demonstrated they prefered a sacrificial based worship and covenant. Against His own will, God gave Moses a law and the freedom to work out the intricate details according to the responses of the people. Later, through one of the prophets God tells us the people were supposed to be repulsed by the law. It was burdensome on purpose so they would say "hey, the 10 commandments would be an easier burden, we'll run with your idea and will for us.". The people begged for a human king like the nations around them against God's will which was individual freedom with Him as their King. God warned them a human king would take their children for his army and their assests to serve his own interests. Instead of being appalled and saying "wow, that stinks, your idea/will for us is better than that!", they persisted in their desire for a human king.
Somehow man is attached to the idea of sacrifice and a loving father would never sacrifice one child for another. He would sacrifice himself first. Again and again God sacrificed His presence in accordance with man's will. "The time of the nations" is just such an example. "Fine, did all I can do to try to satisfy you, you want to be like everyone else, go ahead and be one of everyone else". Isreal was dispersed among the nations, "became one of them". Her temple was destroyed and she was sent away to be just like the nations.
The man named Jesus could very well have been just one such attempt to apease the insane belief of men in a need for a sacrifice. When Abraham proved willing to sacrifice Isaac, God told him it hd not even entered His heart to ever sacrifice a child. That says alot about God's view of sacrifice, especially human. It never entered His heart or mind to require sacrifices. While he consented to animal sacrifices for the Isrealites and the law, it was mankind who demonstrated their preferences to go against God's will by turning to worshiping gods that required human sacrifices like molech. The Father raged at that abomination! Why would he rage at the idea of sacrificing children if he wasn't against it? And yet, sacrificing His own heart and soul, His very will, God created the man called Jesus who He knew would be killed for choosing God his king while perfectly fulfilling the law created against God's will. Man got their human sacrifice. For me, it is the equivilent to spiritual, emotional, and psychological rape of God Himself. God subjected Himself to it as a woman trapped in an abusive relationship consents to sex though she feels forced and underr duress, apeasing a man who threatens to take away her children. No wonder God is disgusted with us. Is anything He does ever good enough?! God gives us love, freedom and companionship, we give him grief about a lack of rules and regulations, an inability to oppress others with them. He apeases the whiney children against His better judgement just to save a few, the few who would never ask for any of it. He sacrifices for the few who only want to love, see freedom lived in all things, and joyfully enter into companionship. Now it strikes me how those desires for laws and sacrifices are a desire to limit God's freedom, to limit God's love/make it conditional, and control His ability to be a companion to us (the Isrealites asked to have Moses speak to them insted of God speaking to them Himself. Moses even had to wear a veil because they wanted to control whether or not they saw even the glow lingering from God's presence/companionship). Man's attempts to rule God like those of a spoiled child to control a parent.
OK, enough drabbness.
Love, freedom, and companionship: God given sweetness and all that he wants for us
Another aspect of this concept of God providing the sacrifice himself could have to do with an understanding I received concerning the revealing to me of the reason for creation's ignition: In the beggining was the dance. It was all desire and flow, feeling resulting from each creating new desire and the flowing into it. From that dance was born the desire to be observer of the dance. That's when all hell broke loose. God had to observe from within self. That began a struggle between what was created for the purpose of observing from and the creator because that which was created was independent of creator. Understanding of the situation had to come on both ends. The creation of man as a vessel within which spirit beings could observe creation from within it, sorta backfired on God as man chose to act independently. God had to sacrifice His desire to use man as a vessel. The one called Jesus could have been the new, improved vessel which God willingly sacrificed.
That the one called Jesus is not what people assume from the beggining of the book of John is this: through the prophets of old, we are told by God: "My word is my will". adding: as a side note, I had always wondered what made Abel's sacrifice more righteous than Cain's. They both gave the best of their crops, right? I believe I was finally given understanding this year to that question. It had nothing to do with one containing blood and the other not. This happened before the flood and man began to eat meat. In tribal cultures, livestock is wealth and prestige. Vegetables are for eating and pooing out. Abel sacrificed his wealth and image before men while Cain sacrificed fodder. Abel thus made himself more humble before God, more lowly in the world, demonstrting a greater value of God's opinion than man's while Cain did not.
Somehow man is attached to the idea of sacrifice and a loving father would never sacrifice one child for another. He would sacrifice himself first. Again and again God sacrificed His presence in accordance with man's will. "The time of the nations" is just such an example. "Fine, did all I can do to try to satisfy you, you want to be like everyone else, go ahead and be one of everyone else". Isreal was dispersed among the nations, "became one of them". Her temple was destroyed and she was sent away to be just like the nations.
The man named Jesus could very well have been just one such attempt to apease the insane belief of men in a need for a sacrifice. When Abraham proved willing to sacrifice Isaac, God told him it hd not even entered His heart to ever sacrifice a child. That says alot about God's view of sacrifice, especially human. It never entered His heart or mind to require sacrifices. While he consented to animal sacrifices for the Isrealites and the law, it was mankind who demonstrated their preferences to go against God's will by turning to worshiping gods that required human sacrifices like molech. The Father raged at that abomination! Why would he rage at the idea of sacrificing children if he wasn't against it? And yet, sacrificing His own heart and soul, His very will, God created the man called Jesus who He knew would be killed for choosing God his king while perfectly fulfilling the law created against God's will. Man got their human sacrifice. For me, it is the equivilent to spiritual, emotional, and psychological rape of God Himself. God subjected Himself to it as a woman trapped in an abusive relationship consents to sex though she feels forced and underr duress, apeasing a man who threatens to take away her children. No wonder God is disgusted with us. Is anything He does ever good enough?! God gives us love, freedom and companionship, we give him grief about a lack of rules and regulations, an inability to oppress others with them. He apeases the whiney children against His better judgement just to save a few, the few who would never ask for any of it. He sacrifices for the few who only want to love, see freedom lived in all things, and joyfully enter into companionship. Now it strikes me how those desires for laws and sacrifices are a desire to limit God's freedom, to limit God's love/make it conditional, and control His ability to be a companion to us (the Isrealites asked to have Moses speak to them insted of God speaking to them Himself. Moses even had to wear a veil because they wanted to control whether or not they saw even the glow lingering from God's presence/companionship). Man's attempts to rule God like those of a spoiled child to control a parent.

Another aspect of this concept of God providing the sacrifice himself could have to do with an understanding I received concerning the revealing to me of the reason for creation's ignition: In the beggining was the dance. It was all desire and flow, feeling resulting from each creating new desire and the flowing into it. From that dance was born the desire to be observer of the dance. That's when all hell broke loose. God had to observe from within self. That began a struggle between what was created for the purpose of observing from and the creator because that which was created was independent of creator. Understanding of the situation had to come on both ends. The creation of man as a vessel within which spirit beings could observe creation from within it, sorta backfired on God as man chose to act independently. God had to sacrifice His desire to use man as a vessel. The one called Jesus could have been the new, improved vessel which God willingly sacrificed.
That the one called Jesus is not what people assume from the beggining of the book of John is this: through the prophets of old, we are told by God: "My word is my will".
