Compliance is violence

Owners of orgs threaten job loss for non-compliance. The person who wants to keep their job then threatens their clients for non-compliance. Everyone except owners the owners are under duress. Not a single agreement is legally or morally binding. If a client complies to such an employee's threats, they are aiding and abbetting the employee's self victimization, violating the healthy boundaries of relationship. Non-compliance is the only loving option. The power is in the people at the bottom and perceived mercy of the physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual violence made the conditional requirements of "charity". If I love you; I cannot accept such charity from you.
Compliance is violence; violence against me and violence against you. It is the foundation of our society and relationships within it. That is why bullies are so common. That is why our culture is called a culture of rape.
Give me a gift truly unconditional so I can be free to love you.
Give me a gift unconditionally to express a culture of consent.
Give me a gift unconditionally to set us all free.
