Newest PC on gender, apparently, according to late night TV

Watching commercial this evening, I learned we are "not designated as/assigned female at birth" or "not designated as/assigned male at birth" now. To be identified by what we are not. That might take some chewing on. I'm just not excited by self loathing any more than I am by someone else loathing me; spirit, mind, body, or soul.
"I was not designated as/assigned a reptile, insect, tree, amoeba, inanimate object, etc. at birth" for those who despise fellow humans
"I was not designated as/named Fred, George, Amy,........(every conceivable name other than the one your parents gave you) at birth"
"I was not designated as/assigned Muslim, Jewish,.....(every religion other than one born into)".
"I was not designated/assigned (list every citizenship other than one born into)".
Would our sentences ever end? It would take forever to convey how many eggs are in the basket.
